Richard Toledano
After working in the textiles industry for over two decades in Venezuela and the U.S., I transitioned into the real estate industry in 2011. The skills acquired gave me an advantage in negotiation at the time of sale/purchase of residential, commercial, and investment properties.
In 2011, I co-founded One Miami Group, a 50-agent boutique real estate firm, alongside my wife Ivette and broker Consuelo Villar. One Miami Group’s client base was international, including Venezuela, Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, Argentina, and Russia. In August 2017, we were acquired by One Sotheby’s International Realty, a franchise of Sotheby’s Auction House in London.
With over 1,000 offices across 77 countries, Sotheby’s Realty specializes in luxury real estate and is internationally renowned; Sotheby’s optimizes its agents’ listings by providing exposure through its portal, bringing in over 2 million visitors each month.
